This is the absolute best gluten free dedicated bakery I have ever been too! Absolutely everything they have is delicious. My non celiac husband was blown away at the high quality baked goods. Saturday and Sundays they have fresh cinnamon rolls. They don’t crumble and aren’t dry. They are worth the hour long drive I take to get there. Stock up on their breads! They freeze so well! The level of expertise the owner has is mind blowing. Literally a gluten free mastermind.
I have celiac and I’m constantly on the lookout for high quality food that I can trust and that’s exactly what you’ll find at the Flourless Bakery! They have a huge selection of delicious gluten free baked goods and everyone there is so nice! My husband and I come in almost every weekend to try something new. It’s truly an amazing spot for baked goods if you have allergies - we love it!
Everything I sampled was so delicious and the service was outstanding! I will definitely be driving back to try other goodies in the future. Everyone, gluten free or not, should try the chocolate cake. You will be in heaven! The ciabatta rolls are also amazing and I am looking forward to having a sandwich for lunch today. See you soon!
Nestled in a hidden corner of Main Street in Placerville, there's a charming little bake shop called Flourless that you absolutely must visit! Let me tell you, their cinnamon roll is beyond delicious. It's not just any cinnamon roll, it's gluten-free too! Talk about a win-win! They have a whole gluten-free extravaganza going on there. You've got to try it out! The only thing I wish they had was coffee or tea to go with it, but no worries, you can find that at a few other nearby spots. So what are you waiting for? Head over to Flourless and treat yourself to a scrumptious gluten-free delight!
First-time experience. Everything in the bakery was gluten-free and delicious. The cinnamon rolls were fresh and delicious and not dry or heavy. They didn't taste gluten-free, which was insane. We grabbed one of everything in the case, and it did not disappoint. Everything was insanely delicious and will be returning. I do recommend arriving early if you want cinnamon rolls and everything else. Because once they sell out, they close until the next business day.
Destination location GF bakery. Owner has brains, walked in and knew I was in "the spot" immediately. Owner makes some "viral" sensations that sell out super quick. Shop is only open a few days per week, a sign that shows they're doing things right imo I stopped in for a sausage egg biscuit and ear-hustled the other customers for a sec. One customer was sad she missed out on the lime strawberry lime (?) thingy they make? But she followed it up with, "I gotta get something else then..." This is the only place around we can get treats like this, highly recommend. The breakfast sando hit the spot
Was delighted to find this 100% gluten free bakery while in Placerville! Baked goods were delightful and great texture. Will definitely be back again! Very reasonable pricing as well which you don’t always find at gf bakeries.
This little bakery was a huge find! Completely gluten free shop and kitchen offering some of the most delicious baked items any where around! I bring all of my friends and they all love it! While they offer buns and doughs, on top of treats, Flourless is now preparing pizza on the 1st and 3rd Fridays and ummm, yep, they're delish, natural, and natural!
This was our first time visiting. We purchased every desert they had, i wanted to taste them all to make an honest opinion for my own self. Being able to travel and visit many European countries, and many gluten free Patisseries gave me an advantage of knowing what gluten free pastry should taste like. Delicious, elegant, not very sweet and light. Well, flourless definitely got that! We will be ordering again. Thank you.
This bakery has the best gluten pastries I’ve had, and I’ve had a lot! I’m usually pretty underwhelmed by GF baked goods, but not here. Everything from cookies and tarts to savory items like quiche and egg sandwiches. I was over the moon to see there was a croque monsieur. Don’t miss this place if you are GF and in the area. They also have bread you can buy to take home.
